Easter is my absolute favorite holiday. We spend time crafting indoors as the world awakens after the cold bleak winter. Its the time of year we celebrate our new life in Christ as Christians. Even with the sun shining we don't have the freedom yet to play outdoors as much as we like. So we gather our arts and craft supplies and sit in front of our sunniest window and create crafts for kids. Come visit our ever growing collection of Easter and spring coloring pages. Each year we design original coloring pages for Sunday school and preschool and share them with family and friends by e-mail or snail mail. We have crafts made with paper cups, paper plates, some that you can eat - YUMMY!

Crafting and Kids These seasonal crafts, coloring pages and activities are geared for ages 3 to 8 years old. Over the years, we have made Easter baskets, decorated Easter eggs, Easter bunnies and nature centerpieces for the children’s table. I’ve found it is always a good idea to have a simple, seasonal craft project in mind when you have a group of kids for a holiday. It brings them together and adds an element of tradition to the festivities. Holidays should be about creating positive lifelong memories.
While your children may not be able to participate in much of the cooking of Easter dinner or purchasing Easter gifts, you can put them to use by allowing them to decorate the house in anticipation with handmade Easter crafts. Our tradition is to set up a craft table with several different projects at the Easter Dinner gathering. We use those crafts as presents for visiting family and decorations for our home. Here have provided you simple printable instructions with photos of each project so children as young as four can complete the tasks without too much adult assistance. Its a count down to Easter and we have filled our Easter pages with lots of easy crafts ideas and Easter inspiration. Designed by a preschool teacher and mother of five children (under 8) these crafts have all been tested and are suitable for preschools, day care, classrooms, troops and of course home.
